Sean Hermanns is a Health & PE Teacher, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Wellness Coach with a master’s degree in Exercise Science and more than 20 years of experience as an educator, coach, consultant, and trainer. He combines evidence-based knowledge with practical, real-world coaching to help people build strength, improve mobility, and move through life with greater confidence.
His approach is supportive, personalized, and practical. Every plan is shaped around the client’s experience level, goals, schedule, and preferred setting — so progress feels realistic enough to last.

A 30-minute session works well for focused coaching, accountability, and shorter routines. A 60-minute session provides more time for a full workout, mobility work, instruction, and progression.
